PROFILE
Wayne is a Canadian-born pastor, educator, and network builder who has lived and ministered in Jerusalem for more than four decades. After earning a B.A. and an M.Div. at the University of Toronto, he co-founded King of Kings Community in 1983, transforming a small home group into a thriving congregation, establishing strategic ministry centers, and congregation planting initiatives.

Wayne holds a Doctor of Ministry degree (2020) from Asbury Theological Seminary’s Preaching & Leading Cohort, where his dissertation explored Engaging Evangelicals in God’s Redemptive Purposes for Israel. He is president of FIRM – Fellowship of Israel Related Ministries, connecting more than seventy Jewish and Arab ministries for collective impact.

In 2025 he joins Jerusalem Seminary as Professor of “Leadership in Ministry,” bringing a passion for servant leadership, biblical preaching, and unity in the Body of Messiah.

Wayne and his wife, Ann — an accomplished worship music producer — have four sons, nine grandchildren, and an enduring commitment to see believers equipped and nations blessed through Israel.
