PROFILE
Floyd “Butch” Deer, Jr has been in ministry for over 25 years and is the founder of Church of The King, in Ironton Ohio, where he has been Sr. Pastor for over 20 years. He is the ordained minister and has served in leadership with the Ephesians 4 Network as President of its School of Ministry and as Discipleship Minister.  Along with his wife Debi, they have served as youth camp directors for 19 years. 

“Butch” is a knowledgeable and passionate teacher whose love for God, and His Word is contagious. His heart is for discipling the Church and seeing individuals and communities grow in their knowledge and understanding (intimacy) of God by teaching the rich Hebraic Heritage of the Christian Faith. He is a successful business man and dedicated husband, father and grandfather. One of his greatest joys is being great-grandpa to little Noah.
