Jerusalem Seminary’s School of Hebrew exists to do one thing well: to help you read the Hebrew Scriptures in the language they were written in. We teach Biblical Hebrew as a living language — spoken, sung, prayed, and read — with Israeli teachers who help unpack the language using their native Hebrew.
This September we’re opening the classroom for an hour. A live taster where you meet the teachers, sit inside a real lesson, and ask whatever you’d like to know.

We believe the fastest, deepest, and most joyful way into Biblical Hebrew is to treat it as what it is: a living language. From the earliest lessons, students speak it, sing it, pray it, and tell its stories, all while building their reading to a level of real excellence.
Our teachers are local Israeli followers of Jesus who read the Bible in Hebrew as their primary text. They bring a natural feel for the language that isn’t found anywhere else in the world.
